The following are images from The Wonder Clock, written and illustrated by Howard Pyle, with verses before each chapter written and illustrated by his sister Katherine. Katherine Pyle, an accomplished artist and illustrator in her own right, was a student of Howard's at his school of illustration. The book, published in 1887 by Harper & Brothers, is still available in a high-quality trade paperback from Dover Publications (from which these images were taken). It can be ordered from your local bookseller.
